Outlook Auto Print acts as a very useful add-in that is provided by Outlook Pro Add-In. This add-in has the ability to print incoming mails automatically from the inbox. It can also do the same for the other Outlook folders.Various rules can be set in the Outlook Rules Wizard by which we want the emails to be printed automatically. Similarly, we can select the Outbox to automatically print sent email messages in Outlook.

The automatic print mail function will automatically print each message that we sent. The selection option under this tab is quite similar to that of Incoming email like the “Filter Rules” and “What to Print”. Using “Filter Rules” you can filter and set the specific rules that you want to get executed during the printing process and the “What to Print” option allows you to select and set what files and mails you want to get printed.
